Debra has been teaching Tibetan Rites for more than 10 years. She believes by combining them with a set sequence of twelve alignments focused Sun Salutations that this is all the body needs to stay physically healthy. Once the "warm-up" is done, you can expect the rest of the class is dedicated to the specific needs of each student in attendance incorporating yoga therapeutics and the Great Yoga Wall. By practicing Alignment-based yoga you will see an increase in strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration and relaxation with the ability to move with more ease, regardless of your limitations. This class is ideal for those with some yoga experience.
