Folk Music Aboard the Historic Sloop Felicity Ann
Friday, October 13, 2017, 05:30pm - 07:00pm

Folk musicians Simon de Voil and Aimée Ringle perform two back-to-back live music concerts (Oct. 13 & 14) to benefit local transgender youth projects. Part of a series of mid-month sacred-themed concerts in unusual places.

This month's theme is "courage and facing your fear." Benefit recipients are the Felicity Ann Boat Project and the LGBTQ+ Legislative Theatre Youth Project. Location is the Community Boat Project boatshop in Port Hadlock, with the musicians performing from the "stage" of the historic sloop Felicity Ann (the boat sailed by the first woman to singlehand the Atlantic).

Located in the Community Boat Project boatshop, Lower Hadlock Road, Port Hadlock. Dress warmly, as the space is enclosed but unheated. Warm drinks will be served. All ages welcome; donations accepted at the door. $15 suggested, with no one turned away for lack of funds.

Location Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding, 42 N Water Street, Port Hadlock, WA, 98339
